Innovation Lab - Nicholson Workforce and Innovation Center

The Innovation Lab is a makerspace and recording studio for adults, located on the 3rd floor of the George Latimer Central Library in downtown Saint Paul.

The Innovation Lab is open during the library's open hours. The classroom next to the Innovation Lab is open whenever possible.

Become an Innovation Lab member and use the Innovation Lab's equipment.

To become a member, fill out an application, have a library card in good standing, be 18 years of age or older, and attend an orientation session.

Orientation sessions are the second and fourth Monday evenings from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. and the second Saturday of each month, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. If you can't attend a scheduled session, contact us to set up a private orientation as staff time allows.
