Wireless Internet access (WiFi) is available at all Saint Paul Public Library locations.
Wi-Fi access is available while the library is open.
To connect to the public WiFi:
Choose the network named Library Guest.
Open a web browser and click Agree to connect.
Wireless network users agree to abide by the Library's Computer and Internet Use Policy.
SPPL's WiFi network is not secure, and the Library cannot guarantee the safety of your traffic across its WiFi network The Library assumes no responsibility for the configurations, security or files on your device resulting from connection to the WiFi network. Information sent to or from your device can be captured by anyone else with a wireless device and appropriate software.
Library staff cannot disable the filter on non-library computers.
You can plug your device into electrical outlets at the library, but the Library assumes no responsibility for personal equipment plugged into our electrical outlets. Do not string electrical cords across areas where people may be walking. Electrical outlets may not always be available. Do not unplug the Library's equipment for any reason.
Use of webcams are subject to the photography and videography policy that governs all audio and visual recording in the Library.
